At GP CRAFT, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened disposable gloves are not eligible for return unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used disposable gloves
Clearance or final sale items
Customized or special-order products
Bulk or wholesale orders (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part
We recommend using a trackable shipping method
6. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Returns for bulk or wholesale purchases are subject to separate terms. Please contact us before placing large orders to confirm eligibility.
